Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Royal Rich Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Royal Rich Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually.
