All purchases made at Royal Rich Cosmetics are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will review your case on an individual basis.
